Ahhh Glorious colors! An e-session in D-town (Detroit) is featured today. This Michigan born couple met through mutual friends and are tying the knot this coming May. Esther and David - you make a fabulous couple, so happy to be capturing your wedding! ~Melanie
After 5 years in the wedding industry I couldn’t have been more thrilled to play an integral part in a wedding of someone I know and love - my baby sister! Here she is last weekend with her groom. What a great couple! Congrats to Mary & Brian Couch.
My last wedding of 2011 was very a wonderful couple, Matt and Monica. Matt and Monica were married in New Jersey on December 30, 2011. We had unseasonably warm weather (pinch me, weather, really!) with sunny skies and 50 degrees!
They were so excited and in love, it was awesome to see the day come together.

A perfect autumn day in October 2011 this couple was married at St Andrew’s Church in Saline, Michigan followed by some amazing photos that were taken in the country side. As you can see it was picture perfect for them. Oh how I love Autumn - it’s so short lived, but so amazing.

2012 started out perfectly with this couple’s engagement photo session. We walked around Ann Arbor a bit and then headed to the UofM Matthei Botanical Gardens. I just love that place. I had envisioned snow, but wasn’t complaining with the 40 degrees and sunset that we ended the session with.

on this winter’s day I’m remembering the vibrant Fall wedding of Jeff & Kristin that took place in Plymouth, Michigan. The colors were TO DIE FOR. The whole day was picture perfect with great, loving and heartfelt people surrounding the bride and groom!
